One
day I was on my way back home after a hard workday and it was a rainy
day, but then suddenly the rain stopped. While I was riding my bicycle
I saw a big rainbow in bright and beautiful colors. I remembered the
sign of the covenant that God established between Himself and every
living creature that He will not allow the waters to become a flood
anymore to destroy all flesh on the earth. (Genesis 9:9-17)
At the same time I remembered the promise from God to us about eternal
life; we are the ones to be called according to His will and we shall
be kings and priests in the House of our God. (1. Peter 2:9; 2. Thessalonians
2:14) His promises are true and the sign of the rainbow is not the
only sign God gave us, but He gave us another greater sign, which
is the sign and experience of receiving the Holy Ghost with the evidence
of speaking in other tongues. (Acts 2)
Jesus Christ is the mighty God, the King of Kings and the Lord of
Lords and all Glory belongs to Him.
