Romans 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

People pay hundreds of dollars just to attend the concerts of famous musicians and even more for a backstage VIP pass to see them in person! Fans will hungrily enter a plethora of contests and drawings, all for a chance to spend a little bit of time with their favorite celebrity. Recently, I heard a radio station advertising a contest called, "Tan with a fan" in which one lucky fan would have the opportunity to tan with a famous music artist. Fans were eagerly responding in droves, simply for the opportunity to spend a few moments in the presence of this musician.

It struck me how awesome it is that the Lord doesn't charge us anything or require us to enter into a contest for the chance to be in His incomparable presence! We should have to pay enormously for every precious moment spent near Him and every priceless word so freely received from Him. There is no concert, event, or experience that compares to an audience with the awesome Creator of the universe, and He is ours to access, at will! How blessed we are! KMcC
