Revelations 20:1-6 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while. And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Jesus Christ is the Lord of all, Lord of all the earth. Jesus Christ is the Lord of all, Lord of all the earth. Only one God over all the nations, only one God is Lord! In no other name is there salvation Jesus is Lord of all, Jesus Christ is the Lord of all, Lord of all the earth. Jesus Christ is the Lord of all, Lord of all the earth.

I don't know whether songwriter Steve Israel and Gerrit Gustafson who wrote the lyrics for the song "Jesus Christ is the Lord of All" were thinking especially about the thousand year reign in connection with this worship song, however, I always think about this new time age when I hear this song or sing it with enthusiasm. In this dispensation there will be no more confusion and chaos, for Jesus Christ will reign and therefore, there will be peace and righteousness. During this time there will also be no atheists anymore, and no-one will declare that Allah is the almighty God, or that Buddha, the Trinity or any other divinities should be worshipped and honored, for everyone will know that only One is God and the One that is meant is Jesus Christ! Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

I believe that we are close to this new millennium and that gives hope and comfort - without this hope it does not look good for this world. Now we are living in the dispensation of the church and God will still give a great divine revival - for He has promised it.
