Isaiah 28:11-12 says: For with stammering lips and another tongue He will speak to this people, to whom He said, This is the rest with which You may cause the weary to rest," and, "This is the refreshing". The Holy Ghost within us, as evidenced by stammering lips and speaking in another tongue, brings with it a rest and refreshing that our world could never, ever find by its own means. It is a language that you have not learned, but given from God and an evidence for you to know that God has given you a new heart as prophesied in Ezekiel 11:19 "Then I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh."

All of the aromatherapy, yoga, and stress-relieving exercises society practices could never bring the rest and peace that God so freely offers through His spirit. In John 14:27 Jesus states: "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you." This great peace God left us cannot be taken from us, but it can be contributed by us! It can be shared with our world when we allow the sweet aroma of His refreshing Spirit to exude from our lives. cc
