In 2005, the Champion’s League final was between Liverpool and Ac Milan. After the first break, Liverpool was under with 0-3. An impossible mission it seemed. Italian football teams are known for their good defense. In the break, the Liverpool team could hear their fans singing “their“ song: “You’ll never walk alone.” The fans had not given up and were sending a message down to their team. We believe in you. We believe it can be done. Encouraged by their fans, they changed the games in 6 minutes during the 2nd half. Now, it was 3-3. The game ended with a penalty competition that Liverpool won. The game has been known as the miracle in Istanbul.

The Bible says we have a cloud of witnesses in heaven. If you would listen, they too send a message to us. We are NOT alone. And even if we get beat down, they say: Get up! Try again! You can do it! Nothing is impossible! You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!!!
